Coffee, Tea, Smoothie or Soda in the Morning?
A fun fact about each:
Coffee: After coffee beans are decaffeinated, several coffee manufacturers sell the caffeine to soda and pharmaceutical companies.
Tea: You are less likely to get a “caffeine crash” when you drink tea (as opposed to soda or coffee)
Smoothie: Builds muscle and improves athletic performance.
Soda: It may dehydrate you.
